Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by iTechAxis Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.. Specific terms in your signed proposal or agreement take priority over this page.

Cancellation

• You may cancel a project or retainer by written notice to info@itechaxis.com.
• Monthly services (such as SEO, social media or ads management) can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your proposal; the current month is billable.
• Work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable.

Refunds

• Advance payments cover planning, resources and work started on your project and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• If we are unable to start a project after receiving an advance, the advance is refunded in full.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf — such as ad spend, domains, hosting, software licences and stock assets — are not refundable by us.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
