These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by iTechAxis Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.("iTechAxis", "we", "us"). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services and proposals

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for every engagement are defined in a written proposal, quotation or agreement shared with you. Where those documents differ from this page, the signed proposal or agreement applies.

Payments

Invoices are payable as per the payment schedule in your proposal. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and access needed for the project in good time. Delays in these may affect agreed timelines.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, except for third-party software, licensed assets and our pre-existing tools or code, which remain with their respective owners. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party platforms

Results on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, marketplaces and app stores depend on their policies and algorithms, which are outside our control. Ad spend paid to these platforms is separate from our fees.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
